Juan Nel is the founder and Principal Consultant of JN Compliance Partners, bringing over 14 years of senior-level Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management experience across high-risk and regulated industries.
His background spans construction, mining, industrial, commercial, retail, petroleum and renewable energy environments, where he has led structured compliance implementation, contractor coordination and regulatory alignment within complex operational settings.
Juan’s approach is rooted in practical execution. He has worked directly within project environments — not only advising, but designing, implementing and overseeing legally aligned HSE systems that are operationally embedded and performance-driven.
His philosophy is simple: compliance must function operationally — not exist only on paper.
